Carolina Meza Clark
Carolina Meza Clark, originally from Turbo, Colombia, faced hardship after her father’s murder by an anti-government group.
In 1990, her family relocated to Medellin, Colombia, for better opportunities, only to find themselves in the world’s most dangerous city due to Pablo Escobar’s presence. Inspired by her mother and grandmother’s resilience, she pursued education and later settled in Waco, TX. Founding C&D LLC and Fundación Edúcame Comunidad y Desarrollo, a family foundation in Medellin, Colombia, which translates to Foundation Educate Me Community and Development in English. Carolina aims to empower communities, especially women, through entrepreneurship and collaborative efforts driven by her belief in the transformative power of empowerment.
